About

Treble Innovations, and the clinician who could not see the line.

Vividose® is a product of Treble Innovations, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. The effort was established in 2017 to make a syringe a person could read.

The company describes its start as four people with ties to healthcare — a physician, an administrator, a clinician, and an attorney — who wanted a device that measures and delivers medication more accurately. One of them gives syringe-based medication to hundreds of patients a week and found the black markings and the black plunger harder to read with age. A change in seal color and barrel markings, tried in prototypes, made the dose easier to recognize.

The mission they wrote down is to help medical professionals, patients, families, and anyone who has to give or take a syringe-based medicine do that with a clearer read on the volume. Improper dosing can mean harm, a longer stay, and higher cost. The design is aimed at that misread. It is not presented here as a completed clinical result.

Relatively few companies supply syringes in bulk, which has meant less pressure to change a part as small as a plunger tip. Vividose is that change: fluorescent seals and fill indicators, protected by an issued patent and a registered trademark, still moving through development.
